Recently, the great over at Taylor Guitars visited us at Ear Craft during the Taylor Road Show 2012. During the visit, the guys from Taylor gave us a little education on the future of ebony wood. Like so many things these days, Ebony prices and availability have become expensive and scarce. Bob Taylor made an good business decision and even better environmental one by becoming a chief partner in how the industry harvests and exports ebony. Check out the video, it is rather eye opening for those who have not heard this story before.
